There are People we admire, who make us think, but also smile, who amaze us with their perseverance and consistency, who make us cry with emotion and pride. There are People who save us and risk their lives for us. There are People whose work we do not suspect. There are People who accidentally cross our path, and the trace they leave in us warms us for a long time. They are out of the spotlight, but they illuminate our lives with their actions. They know how to change the environment subtly and make us return again and again to places we have already been. To see them, to hear them, to hold our breath and to be humbled.

We created the series “There Are People” to tell their stories, with which we can touch you. Stories about people with dignity and a value system that we encounter less and less often. People for whom you may not have to travel far, because it is possible to meet them on the street in the big city, who stand invisible next to you in the subway or are hidden “deep in the Tililai forests” and to get to them, you have to overcome yourself.

In the series “There Are People” you will meet characters living in different parts of Bulgaria: hut owners and craftsmen, travelers and environmentalists, scientists and discoverers, and their stories are colorful, very different and yet the same. Filled with unexpected twists, challenges and difficult decisions, but at their core telling about the guardians of goodness, of meaning and the belief that if you follow your heart, you will always be on the right path.
