“Micro Battles” is a Bulgarian board game based on the idea and drawings of a 6-year-old child who was locked up at home because of a well-known virus. Different cards and card combinations help you protect yourself from the constantly attacking viruses, following the logic of real life. If you run out of cards to protect you, you are out of the game. The goal is to stay until the end, defeating every virus that comes your way.
The game is suitable for children from the age of 6. Once they are familiar with the rules, children of this age can play independently, without the help of an adult. Younger children can also cope if they are fans of this type of game to begin with. During the game, they are not required to be able to read or count.
It is optimal to play with 2 to 4 players, and the duration is entirely up to you. The game is designed to be played quickly (within about 10 – 15 minutes) or longer, depending on the opportunity and desire at the specific moment.
The cards and the rulebook are made from 100% recycled material, and the box is made from FSC certified cardboard. The game is created and produced entirely in Bulgaria.
The box includes 50 cards and a rulebook.
Back of the box text:
This game is more than just a battle. It’s a battle on a new micro level. Are you ready to delve into the world of microbes, where logic and science will help you defeat viruses and your opponents? The idea comes from a 6-year-old dreamer, whose imagination over the past year has taken him to viruses. This will hardly surprise you, but wait until you see the characters he drew. Some will help you, others you have to be careful of, but one thing is for sure, boredom is the first to drop out of the game.
